A hat-trick for Aaron Swain!

This year's Peter Marsland Cup was between Hebden Bridge Saints and the Saints reserves team. Both teams play in Yorkshire Amateur League.  A very competitive game eventually saw the first eleven come out on top by 3 goals to 1.  Aaron Swain scored a hat trick!

The Trophy was donated by the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge, along with £100 to support the setting up of the incoming Under 7 team, in memory of Peter Marsland.  Peter was a long serving member of the Club until he sadly passed away.  He would have loved the day, being a great football fan and champion of local youth groups.
